Fairly strong social calendar but work needs to be done on their sisterhood. Solid middle tier socially focused group.

This chapter was the top of the top tier a few years ago. Then, a "party" pledge class came in to ruin things and drop them to upper middle. Things have been slowly improving. However, it is slow because the '13, '14, and '15 pledge classes still value social over substance. Two things: 1. Focus on those girls who are classy and have stellar grades to take on leader roles. 2. If you think, "I am not part of the mean girl, less-classy, group in the house", GUESS WHAT!? You're in denial & clueless

They still seem on shaky ground after probation and scandals a while back. They keep choosing the same too wild and sloppy members which dropped them out of the top tier. Only time will tell if they can get back on track and rise back in the ranks.
