Another old row house living off a past superior reputation. The girls are still mainly rich and Texan but their behavior is out of control. Last in grades and drunk more often than not. Could not suggest this house in good conscience even though I love some of the girls in this house.

There are some sweet girls in this house. The last couple of years this chapter has dropped so far. I feel sorry for the classy girls who joined who thought they were becoming a member of the Kappa house of the past. It has got to be disappointing to them.
