I’ve been to a couple of their parties and I’ve come to realize that they are a very diverse group.They are from all over. Some are snobby rich kids, others are very down to earth genuine people, some a party animals and others prefer to just chill. A few studs and some weirdos. But overall I think this is a good Middle Tier group.

Not too many know Phi Kaps in person I dont think. I heard they were the best at TCU before they got kicked off but I just got here and I think they are still really good, just not as social as other fraternities. I had a blast at the party and they were all really friendly. would recommend going to their parties if you haven't already

Definitely not the top house. Idek how that happened. In any case they got a decent pledge class this year and if they get an even better one next year, they will be on the rise. Right now the are middle tier at best.
