Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 2.5 They're Phi Kapp 2.0, the old chapter was top, new one not so much. Self-ranked to the top of the website to deceive rushees. Do the actual work into becoming better instead of trapping new guys by lying about the state of the chapter. Good guys, but this is just a bad look.

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 2.5 This fraternity's rating has gone up drastically in a short period of time. Perhaps it has to do with the '23 pledge class, idk - or maybe it's a little self-ranking going on? All I know is I attended a few parties during pledge season last year (a good friend of mine was pledging) and I was turned off by aggressive guys with major chippy attitudes, and one of their pledge directors treated the pledges more like they were in a miltary camp than demonstrating a strong brotherhood and desire for camaraderie. I do know they lost a ;lot of GREAT guys because of that Pledge Director! Hopefully this year will be someone new and with a different approach - esp. if you want girls to come to your parties!
