Great frat that has seen lots of improvement over the past three year. The've thrown the largest mixer on campus the past two years for halloween. New PC's have had great guys. Their parties, tailgates, and mixers have stood out as going above and beyond the other frats.

recent alum, didn't really always get a good vibe from these guys, went to a few events and they were average. They look like they have fun with themselves which is nice but think they just have a few bad apples that don't help their reputation

Be careful around the delts. They can't seem to keep their hands to themselves. My friends and I like a few of them but it's hard to go to any of their events bc there are just too many weird guys. Some are ok though.

I love Delt parties! If your boy rush Delt they do a ton of mixers with ADPI which is a top sorority here on campus! Their freshman PC is super cool this year as well!!
