They are honestly more like a sorority than a fraternity. Beta needs to improve a lot if they want to compete with the rest. Pledge class has been an upset and that just goes to show where this fraternity is headed.

After getting to know many different frat guys, I noticed that the Betas do everything well but excel in academics. These guys take their studies seriously. It's good coz it's why we go to this school after all. Now if they could only improve their social standing, then they'll likely be more well rounded. .

Beta is pretty much an academic club, not a social fraternity. They rarely have parties, their mixers aren't really fun, and the guys are pretty antisocial. There seems to be a lot of inner conflict within the group, mainly between the pledge class and the upperclassmen. There are some awesome guys in Beta, but there are also a lot of people you wouldn't really want to hang out with. A couple of this year's pledge class are pretty creepy and annoying...

Not really a fraternity. Mostly a group to study and volunteer with. Involved and good grades, but what's the point of paying all that money only to then join other clubs and study on your own?

Top of the middle tier with having been here only a short time. The Beta house is a top group in academics, Greek awards and attitude. The are well liked by our sorority girls because they are men who seem to aspire to more than getting wasted. Some of my favorites are in this house.
