ya i mean just based on coolness you could argue that they're better than a lotta houses above them here (sig ep, theta chi, ato, delt)....i guess it depends how you define cool.

coming from a girls perspective the guys are not anything special and they are sort of losers. lots of freshman at the parties. not the best.
