Phi delt is the best of the best and no other house comes even remotely close to them. The house is fantastic, the people at phi delt are the reason this house is a home. From the very first event i went to, i already felt like i was apart of the frat. Everyone was extremely sociable and i didn't feel judged talking to anyone. They have a ton of extremely smart people and do their best to set all of us up for success in the future. I have no regrets signing phi delt and anyone else who signs wont either

They need to do some internal work with there rush team because there pledges are definitely declining in quality and fast, only plus is that they throw consistently up until recently

phi delt is being hated on but personally i really like them. they maybe should try to recruit better but other than that i love them. they are so nice and friendly and their parties are fun.

We have all witnessed the fall of Phi Delt first hand. Once a top 3 house on campus now know as “the zoo”. The guy falling out of the window last year was funny but all the other stories from Phi Delt show the decline. Rip.

Phi Delt has gone down hill more than anyone could’ve ever imagined. Their party’s haven't been nearly as deep as they were last year, and the new guys seem like they don’t know what to do at their parties.

Nice guys, fun parties, the house sucks though. They have fun formals and in general are fun to be around. Not the top house, but top 5 in my opinion.

Got taken home by a spledge who I wanted nothing to do with their parties are extremely mid and they all like butt stuff their brotherhood is very strong though because they take each other home from froshes not women

cant say enough good things about this fraternity. only frat that I’d trust a guy to hold my drink or walk me home safe lol. very respectful towards women, genuinely really good, smart guys that love to have fun. Super close pledge class (21) too! love love love

Phi Delt guys are awesome. They are kind, caring, fun (but not to fun), and enjoyable to be around. The house is located in the middle of campus and is pretty cool. My favorite party they throw is Nightmare on R street which is a fun halloween party. I’ve never had any issues with Phi Delts being to much or anything like that. If I were rushing Phi Delt i’d signed quick because spots fill up quick and the house is great to live in. Rush Phi Delt!
