Comment:  Phi delt is the best of the best and no other house comes even remotely close to them. The house is fantastic, the people at phi delt are the reason this house is a home. From the very first event i went to, i already felt like i was apart of the frat. Everyone was extremely sociable and i didn't feel judged talking to anyone. They have a ton of extremely smart people and do their best to set all of us up for success in the future. I have no regrets signing phi delt and anyone else who signs wont either
