Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.4 Almost all Phi Delt boys I have met are very outgoing, easy to talk to, genuine, smart, but also goofy. Always a good time being around them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.2 Solid group of smart guys. Similar to Beta but seem to be kinder in general. Usually have fun parties and threw some awesome ones this year. In my opinion tied for if not top house on campus right now

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.6 phi delt is a top house, in my opinion, because of grades, involvement, nice&mostly attractive guys, and decent parties. but some of the freshmen are odd, and they always stand in a circle at their parties !!!!!!!! if you don't know them well, I can see how the parties would suck. they stay classy and respectful though
