Not so sure why everyone loves them? Their parties aren't really that great and the guys don't mix with the girls much.

Internationally, they are one of the most respected Phi Delt chapters- high GPA, involvement, etc. I've met a wide variety of guys in this house: some cool, some not. They throw pretty good parties and seem to have a good turn-out! Seem to have a solid brotherhood too!
