Every fraternity house I've ever walked into has some version of it. A shared drive, a binder shoved in a desk drawer, a GroupMe thread full of PDFs. Old exams, professor notes, highlighted study guides passed down from one pledge class to the next. It's one of those things that nobody really talks about openly but everybody kind of knows exists. And after years inside Greek life, I think it's time we actually had the honest conversation about what this stuff is, what it isn't, and why the answer isn't as clean as either side wants it to be.

A resource for students to find community, get involved, feel connected. Good stuff. Before I joined a fraternity, I thought a chapter's social reputation was basically just gossip dressed up as useful information. Older students throwing shade at other houses, recruitment bias baked into word-of-mouth, cliques deciding who's cool and who isn't. I figured most of it was noise. Molloy University is getting Greek life for the first time, and honestly, I've been thinking about this more than I probably should. A small Catholic university on Long Island, building Greek chapters from scratch in 2024 - that's not a footnote.
