Rutgers University Camden sits right across the Delaware River from Philadelphia, and it's a commuter-heavy campus with a distinctly urban feel. That context shapes pretty much everything about student life here, including Greek life. It's a smaller, more intimate system than what you'd find at the main Rutgers campus in New Brunswick, but there are still a solid number of chapters active across multiple councils.
The organizations here span IFC, Panhellenic, NPHC, and Multicultural Greek Council affiliations. On the fraternity side you've got chapters like Tau Kappa Epsilon, Tau Epsilon Phi, Lambda Theta Phi, Alpha Chi Rho, Phi Beta Sigma, Kappa Alpha Psi, and Alpha Phi Alpha. Because RUC draws a lot of commuter students and doesn't have the same residential campus culture as a big state flagship, Greek life operates differently here than at schools where Greek Row is the center of social gravity.
