A co-ed social club with a house on Locust Walk?! The existence of “St. Elmo’s and how to rush seemed a much guarded secret known mostly to alum kids and the boarding school set. Most women don’t even know it’s an option. Also called Delta phi. I was a Theta, but wish I’d known about Elmo’s! Again, Co-Ed, live on locust walk, very diverse,academically curious and throw the best parties. As a co Ed frat , Elmo’s is welcomed everywhere, not seen as a social competitor, so far less drama. A hidden gem.
