Obviously still building their way back. New house has had some really fun opens with definite improvement year over year. Their new PC is definitely larger than most other mid tiers, see if that translates to an improvement. Chill guys that have a good time but can definitely work on relations.

Middle tier, rebuilding from when they got kicked off. Nice house but their night parties were lame last year. The few darties they had were lit tho. Smart and not douchey but less cool as a result. Got a big PC last year when most of the other middle tiers had trouble getting kids. Lets see if they can do something with it.
