These kids elected to go off campus. Can't really think of anything stupider than that. It was an attempt to gain social relevance that worked ok at first but now they have nothing going for them. Weird kids, hence the "kids in APES" thread that Penn kids love to read/post about them doing creepy stuff. Expected to dissolve in a few years.

These guys know how to throw a fun party, but aren't the most decent guys in a regular setting. Not to overstate, there are a few great guys, but it's not much of a brotherhood.
