Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 5.0 I'm surprised that SigEp is this low on the list. Theyre a great frat. Theyre always involved, and they had such a cute texas boy, but I dont know who he was. They always dress nice and always offer to walk my home when I leave. Their house dog is super cute too. I think they had like the top GPA too which is super awesome

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 3.4 They were top house two years ago but their freshman class this year is no good and seemed average last year. They have some really cool guys and then they have a lot of weirdos who wouldn't had bids two years ago

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 4.2 As a freshman they were seriously top house. They really were "peaking" then. Now I'm a junior and I feel they have serious competition in Delts and Sig Pi. Our freshman say they like Delts and Sig Pi's freshman better. I always liked their parties but they're not as attractive anymore. Now I have the bars anyways
