I love the"it is what it is"defense. It isn't what it is, it is what you want to promote it is. I wish people would quit using that phrase as it it actually means or explains ANYTHING!

I wish you could write a coherent sentence so I'd know what you were saying.

Yes, Chi O initiates after they have your first semester grades.

Because they can.

ChiO even just had initiation tonight for those who didn't make their grades originally or pledged late. Note to PNMs: ChiO is NOT what it used to be!

Cut the top houses before they cut you, which they will! Check out the mid-tier houses if you want a true sisterhood. They are the OU houses that are make real strides.

Top houses: DDD, GPB, KKG, AXO and KAO. The rest are going down fast.

If you want a fun house, pledge Pi Phi, AXO, Chi O or Alpha Phi. If you want a name but no true sisterhood, pledge Kappa or Theta.

Top houses = boring. The demands of some houses once you are initiated are as challenging as college itself and makes life pretty difficult. Also makes it hard to have any individuality.

Let me translate for you in simple words you can understand, smart mouth. I hate the phrase it is what it is. It began as a fairly coherent phrase to indicate a certain situation is unfair but undeniable so accept and move on. Now people use it as if it is an effective end to a debate, as in "So esteemed members of the Supreme Court...it is what it is!" Just using that trite, ridiculous phrase doesn't make your statement true. You don't use it to state an opinion. "I love pizza. It is what it is." You are a dodo. It "is what it is."
