Just wait and go through recruitment. Don't spend your time on this site trying to get a head start on recruitment -- it will just mess you up. My advice is to look at the girls you know in each house and see from that what kind of girls they are.

Strange girls have strange rushes. Tri Delt is less "strange" than Theta however.

I've seen comments on several houses at they have an awkward or strange rush. I'm thinking about rushing but these comments are a little scary. What are people talking about?

Here's the real deal PNMs: Theta has always been good at OU but have slowly become more and more wierd. Also, as a sophomore you won't be able to live in the house. Kappa has also always been good but they are boring and snobby. Actually, if you're looking for a TRUE sisterhood and not just a name on your shirt, DG, AXO and Gamma Phi are probably your best bets. One more tip: as rush week goes on, look at the girls who are in your group, not the girls in the house. The girls in your group are who will be in your pledge class.

PNMs, the person below doesn't know that much at all. Theta's not weird and Kappa isn't boring. Of the 3 houses she mentioned for sisterhood, DG and AXO have bad reputations. Her only good advice is to look around you in the lines to see what your pledge sisters will be like.
