question on the type of girls on each house

hi i’m rushing this fall and im curios to know each stereotype / how each sorority is viewed on campus. i’m not so concerned on rank but reputation and wondering what type of girl is in each house.

Chi O- legacy house, rich, blonde, spray tans, pretty
Kappa- legacy house, rich, controversial, highland park texas.
Pi Phi- pretty, half legacy house, nice
Tri Delt- nice, usually education major, kind of legacy
Theta- nice, involved in other things, good gpa
A Phi- pretty, partiers, hoes in a nice way
AXO- pretty, blonde, hoes in a nice way
AOII- nice, under the radar, pretty involved not as much as theta
DG- new pc has a mean rep, looking for a frat guy to marry, outside a lot
GPhi- under the radar, academics focused
AGD- bouse, pretty house on outside inside is a different story, odd girls
