This is accurate. Except Pi Phi doesn’t treat legacies right. That is a sign of mean girls. Kappa and XO have the top 2 spots for sure. Then you’ve got 4 right below them. Pi Phi, Theta, DDD and AXO.

Legacies are no longer important in any house. Sorry. At OU, each house could fill their new PC many times over just with legacies. The post complaining about legacies was obvs written by a disgruntled mom whose daughter didn't get a bid.
