houses on the decline

pi kapps: i mean this is just a no brainer, i have sae taking their spot and they just aren’t like that anymore. guys and just genuinely not enjoyable to be around at all. i faded them to go to delts once. mousey pcs lately

a sig: alr not super relevant idek if they had a pair for lil 5. moving off of the row which i think will hurt them. sure the house looks nice but less throwing space and tbh 3rd street just isn’t great. mid pc

beta: obv still great but like they’re not number one anymore. could argue they’re springs were mid. can’t say anything bad abt them but phi sig just better.

beta sig: moving to one of the worst houses. not the best spring pc. i heard they dont even have basement now but i never went to tep lol

pike: still can’t seem to get housing. could be a good house if they stopped bidding a million ppl and still failing to secure a house. really should be better but if they keep on the same track i dont think they’re going anywhere.
