houses on the rise

SAE: personally these fellas are going in my four spot, knocking down pi kapps. they rlly just throw consistent fire parties and i always have fun there.

Aepi: no brainer here, good house before and got off cnd.

Dke: still have a nice house and they’re off cnd now. i have some friends in here they’re nice. i could see them making the climb to mouse if they can get a better pair.

Acacia: ik one guy in acacia he’s chill and obv they’re gonna climb now they have a house. they still gonna be bouse until they can get ppl at their parties but it’s only a matter of time before they start building a reputation. i think beta sig will fall as a result of them losing acacias house

phi sig: ik they’re alr touse but let’s be so fr they should be ranked over beta. phi sig has the best set up hands down they never run out of booze w the 3 bar set up they’ve been running. genuinely just best house by far and they should be number 1.

delts: hate to say it but realistically they’re prob gonna continue to climb. everyone knows they gotta cool house they just need to learn how to throw. i dont think they’re ever gonna be touse but i think they’re gonna end up larping their way to upper mouse. i could see them being as good as like phi psi was maybe but i feel like that’s their limit.
