Yes, anyone saying otherwise is lying. Theta owns their house but their chapter is currently bankrupt from legal fees after pursuing a lawsuit against Beta Sig (rouse). Because of this, they were forced to foreclose on their house and lease it for the coming years. Mark Cuban gave a huge donation to Pi Lam and they're taking the house come fall.
