2026 honest frat rankings of what ppl care abt

there are like a million frats here and obviously people still go to the unlisted ones. but realistically there are only a handful that are actually relevant and on people's minds right now. if we are just talking about the houses that matter, here is an honest rundown from a frost event thrower perspective.
• Pi Kapps: socially they throw massive parties, but honestly the guys are annoying and only care about partying.
• Beta: still amazing even with their C&D. guys are genuinely awesome.
• Phi Sig: courtyard parties are always so good. definitely pulling ahead of phi delt.
• Phi Delt: still solid, always a good time.
• Fiji: they are so obsessed with what high school everyone went to. it gets old fast.
• Theta Chi: really nice house and they throw a lot.
• SAE: on probation so they don't throw as much, but their recent stuff was actually pretty fun. the guys are alr
• Sig Ep & Sigma Nu: tying these two right now. both are having a really solid semester. Sig Ep threw some surprisingly good parties. overall they throw fun parties and the guys are just chill and normal to talk to.
• ZBT: they used to be higher but being off campus hurts them so much. the basement is awful.
• Delts: massive house that is super nice, but the parties and guys are just mid.
