Ngl crazy work from delts in their 4 years since coming back
2023 - bouse - off campus no house. Pairs sdt and phi mu
2024 - lower mid- first year in house pairs theta, agd, aopi, adpi, phi mu, Asig, lambda
2025 - mid - kd, dg, agd, theta, aopi, chi phi, snu, beta sig - mid
2026 - upper mid - tbd

Tep got their house the same year still bouse😭
