Unsure about dropping Theta or AOII

I have two options that I would seriously consider joining left, either I wait it out till bid day and get a bid from Theta or AOII, or get an apartment with my friend who dropped. I'm not sure if I like them but I'm willing to give it a shot. If I pick one which sorority should I pick? Or should I just drop and live life?

Theta, AOII, or Apartment?

Don't drop!!! theta and AOPi are both solid mid houses with good sisterhood. Both have some baddies and they get plans just not as much as a top house.

Theta is the oldest sorority at IU—well before 1900. They focus a lot on scholarship, service and their bike team.
Because they are older, they have a TON of involved alumnae, especially in INDY and Chicago. That gives this chapter lots of career help.
Theta is MUCH more prestigious nationally than AOPi. I mean AOPi is okay, but not in the same orbit as Theta.

the aopi girls have a great sisterhood from what i’ve heard, and def some hidden gems in there but idrk much abt theta tbh. aopis usually just go to their pairs but i also see the same 10 at all the parties
