im a guy rushing spring, where should i rush?

need a real answer here. I rushed in fall but only got a bid at a house i did not like at all. i really didn't know anyone coming to IU and now i do. what do you think the best bet is for someone who cares about their grades and being in kelley? i also want to be in a good house. i know ppl in phi sig and sig ep. i'm interested in beta and phi delt but don't rly know anyone. lmk
