No one except beta sig but thats not til 2027 at the earliest. Once acacia back every frat will be at the house they own.

Except for chi phi, but ato’s not coming back anytime soon

SK loses the Ksig house in a few years but they have a contract with IU to always be housed so who knows, honestly wish a frat was in there the courtyard is so good. Other than that I don’t think Asig fully owns their house but they’re gonna have it for awhile. Also Beta sig loses to Acacia in 2027
