Sigma Kappa or maybe it was AOPi and Beta were on 10th Street in the 90’s. The university took those houses. I think the old beta is now part of Luddy. You can google pictures. The sorority was on the corner next to Beta. Google Beta in the 90’s at iu.

PiKapps current house was Sigma Kappa’s before they went bust.
AOPi’s old house is on 10th street next to Theta.
The university hates that greek houses have such prime real estate on campus and are constantly looking for ways to acquire houses on 3rd. I bet when Tri Delts return they will have to move to the extension.

Pikapps always been in that house, sk was installed in like 2013 and never had a house. They lived in phi psi for a bit then went to ksig @ aopi’s old house is on the corner of woodlawn and 10th, you can still see the letters in the front a little bit
