PiKapps current house was Sigma Kappa’s before they went bust. AOPi’s old house is on 10th street next to Theta. The university hates that greek houses have such prime real estate on campus and are constantly looking for ways to acquire houses on 3rd. I bet when Tri Delts return they will have to move to the extension.
