Honest question

Since Sammy is losing the house to sig pi and zbt is already unhoused, and won’t be getting a house soon, will either of these somewhat “top” houses have any relevance next year?

Nothing but love for my boys in zbt and Sammy but things aren’t looking good for them. Not having a house is a big factor for pnms when they r looking where to rush.
