Who to rush next semester

So I’m currently a freshman. I didn’t get a bid from the frats I wanted this year and want to rush again next semester. I don’t want to go back to the frats that didn’t take me and want to go to new frats this time. Any thoughts on who to rush? I would still prefer some of the upper houses that throw and are overall good guys but obviously there’s great guys in every house regardless of rank. So please let me know.

Some frats I rushed are SAE, Beta, Phi Delt. Thinking of going back to Phi Delt but don’t know my odds at getting in as a sophomore

Go to frats that rush sophomores: AEPi, SigEp, Chi Phi, Beta Sig, ASig, SNu
I know you probably hoping from a Top 8 frat but they know who they want and typically they know who they want by freshman year. Fiji takes sophomores though.

Isn’t getting into FIJI as a sophomore like near Impossible though?

Connections matter a lot obviously, I would rush houses where you have friends in. Overall though, your chances aren’t super great. I would expect at most only 10% of any given fall pc will be sophomores.

Ok thanks man. I’ve got a good amount of friends in frats I already rushed but honestly that didn’t help much so do u think I should go back to frats like SAE that I’ve got friends in or no
