What houses are underrated and overrated in ranks?

Also why is beta sig usually ranked as mid to upper mid if they pair with agd and theta? Are they overrated?

It’s as simple as when houses get in trouble/fall off, other houses rise and take their places. With the ZBT, Theta Chi, Sigep, and DU gone or irrelevant, former mid tiers like Beta Sig and Chi Phi will rise even higher. Then that opens spots for other houses like Asig and Delts to rise to mid
