How is it discouraging when panhellenic announces Spring Informal Rush and sororities are required to table and there's a required orientation and a big deal is made out of it? If it was just COB on the DL like at other schools and left up to each sorority quietly instead of such a BFD by panhellenic then it wouldn't be viewed as a viable second chance.
