Why’s everyone saying rush will be competitive

I’ve heard multiple people saying here that rush in the fall will be competitive, wanted to know why ....

Sophomores rushing in the fall

There will be more sophomores rushing, more freshman rushing than last year because things will be a little more normal, a fraternity was kicked off, and 9 fraternities are on disciplinary status. Fraternities can be a lot more selective.
