just my opinion as someone who has been to du a lot and went to phi tau once, du isn't really comparable to phi tau lol. Phi tau is a low mid/low tier and du is mid/some could argue upper mid easily when they were rising. The brotherhood is tight in DU, idk about phi tau. There are also a lot of smart guys in du and they know how to host fun parties and the setup is p nice

Big differences, pairs, pkt weird, girls don’t like pkt and frats don’t like them either just to make a few, I’d only rush phi tau as a last resort if you don’t get bids anywhere else
