Top vs. Upper houses

What’s the difference between the actual experience you get at an upper house vs a top house?

For Frats it’s practically all the same. Top hangs with better girls more consistently, but upper hangs with them too, just not quite as often. Type of guys don’t vary too much but when talking about sororities it’s a completely different ballgame

UM, no! It is not different with sororities. The experience is the same for pretty much the top 2/3 of houses. Those that are unhoused or pair with unhoused frats have a different experience. The rest are all the same.

There isn’t a difference. Your sorority or fraternity experience is what you make of it. If you go in with a bad attitude doesn’t matter what tier your in it’s going to suck. If you go in with a good attitude expecting to meet great people you’ll have a great experience
