I personally like sig pi’s a lot. IMO they probably have one of the best spaces on campus: Theta chi’s isn’t sig pi level but it’s still good. Acacias is good for the winter but it gets so hot and sweaty when it’s packed

SAE hasnt had a real party in almost 2 years, dope courtyard but it cant really be judged because its not in use
