When did unhoused chapters become an insult

by: Hey

Seriously? Like I’m actually wondering. The only difference is they don’t have a mansion and they are not on IU property. They can choose where they want to live, they’re dues are not rediculously expensive, they can cook whatever they want whenever they want. And they literally have their brother/sisterhood with intention not by force from living together
For sororities, they can have alcohol in the house and have boyfriends over to spend the night.
Like honesty I don’t see how it’s a bad thing to not have a 16k house

it's almost all guys that couldn't get bids to housed chapters. Also no sorority wants to pair off campus they just have to

I mean it’s nice to live in a house with sisters but most girls live out their Junior and senior year so there really isn’t that much of a difference

It’s not a bad thing. They have a lot more freedom. It’s just kind of what the person wants. But I think it’s kind of rude and disappointing that all the other chapters that have houses kind of disregard us and act like we aren’t here at IU. Especially when we are supportive of them
