What is a skulls and who do they pair with? I keep seeing on this site that they pair better than asig and phi tau but I’ve never heard of them? Someone inform me please

It’s an off campus frat and tbh I have no idea. They probably pair with asa, tpa and have guest list parties to fill the gaps but that’s just a guess.
