how’s chi phi here

how is chi phi here? my brother is in it at uga and wants me to rush it. however, I’ve never seen any trace of them here but ik they’re a thing.

Short answer is that they’re bad. Rechartered a year or so ago, had a strong presence back in the 80s when they owned and lived in phi sigs current house. Could be decent because they have strong nationals/alumni base but not for like 5-10 years.

I’ve heard lots of good things, for an off campus frat they’ve got great brotherhood. It depends what you’re looking for, they’re very different from housed frats
