Difference between mid frats

I’m in an upper mid sorority and have been to all of these houses and know some guys in each so I’ll try to help

Acacia- a lot of Chicago kids and Indy kids but starting to get more east coast. Are arguably upper mid now or if not they will be once parties start again. Great place to party in the winter because of their basement but in the spring their darty space isn’t very good so they have to quad elsewhere. Good brotherhood. Rush if you care more about social life/parties


Sig ep- a lot of Indy kids. Solid middle house. Parties aren’t very fun but have a lot of solid guys in there that are going somewhere in life. More Husband material. Good brotherhood. Rush this house if you’re more focused on academics rather than parties

Sig pi- mostly Chicago kids. Love their courtyard. Great party space. Their parties are okay but could be better. Some nice/cool guys but definitely some weirdos too. Personally my least favorite of the 4 but definitely still a good fraternity. Some of my friends in there said the brotherhood isn’t great but i don’t know too much about that. Rush if you want parties/social life

Theta chi- mostly Midwest a lot of Indy, Chicago and St. Louis. Definitely on the rise a little after this year. Their darties are decent and a couple of them were a lot of fun this year. Their PCs keep getting better but still a mix of cool people and weirdos too. Pretty good brotherhood. Rush for parties/social life
