random rush question

i know this is probably a dumb question but can we swear during sorority rush cuz i was always told we had to be so formal but at the legacy dinner i went to the girls were really chill and swore a lot and stuff so am i able to every once in a while during rush or will that make me look bad

Read the vibe. If it feels more proper then try not to but if it’s casual and they are doing it you probably can do it lightly just don’t go off swearing for obvious reasons

I wouldn’t swear unless the sister you’re talking to does. PNMs technically aren’t supposed to but if it slips out then it’s fine just don’t do it every other word. ESP don’t do it if you see a rho gam come by because they can report it and you could be dropped. That’s a little dramatic if they do but be safe
