When even is their informal recruitment? They aren’t posting anything about it that I’ve seen (which is crazy because you’d think of all the chapters they’re the one most in need of the publicity for it?)

National people will be basically doing rush for them. The new XO will have NO social life. They can't have events for TWO years. Why would an upperclasssmen want to join a chapter with no social events when you can just go to the bars? The off-campus former frats are going to have nothing to do with the new group either, they are loyal to the old girls who were kicked out/dropped. This is a lose lose proposition.

National will be looking for GPA, activities and service. Things XO has never been good at before.

TPA and ASA will have better social lives that XO for the next two years.
