rush advice

Statistics wise top houses like pikapps and zbt has better acceptance rate due to not many people rushing them due to the fear of brutal hazing and/or that they feel that they're not good enough for them. Most people end up rushing the mid-tier houses like sig ep, sae, and aepi. More people rushing means the lower the acceptance rate for these houses. For bottom tier houses like du, asig, and phi psi they haven't built up a popular reputation to get a huge number of rushees. Most of the people who rush these houses are friends of brothers and because they're friends of brothers they're going to get bids over the random stranger. For unhoused or Phi Tau, don't even waste your time you're not going to get any significant college experience out of those.
TLDR; Easier bid to top house statistics wise but hazing, harder bid to mid-tier statistics wise, bottom tier has the easiest bid but bottom tier house.

He speaks the truth, Rushing top houses like Pi kapps and ZBT have a much better rush experience, middle tier houses get flooded with kids that don’t think there “top tier material” but in reality they very much could be so id rush those 2 houses over the middle houses because they get very competitive. That would be the one lesson i learned from rushing last year. And also talk to as many guys as possible
