Tier doesn’t matter that much. Yes top tier frats get hotter pairs, but these girls also just come to take pics and dip halfway through parties. On the flip side I’ve seen some lower mid tier houses rage hard af and be way closer brothers with high tier girls leaving their pairs to come. It’s all an illusion to incoming freshman and college kids still too insecure that they need to tie their self worth to a fake hierarchy. Just have fun and rage and as long as the house is lower mid you’ll have a similar experience. Go where you feel most comfortable, not where you’ll get marginally better cooter crumbs

For girls same thing, it really depends on individual houses but top tier doesn’t always mean better experience. It’s about the people you meet and the fun you have no matter which house. As long as your Greek and not bottom of the bottom you’ll have fun
