From a girl's perspective I would say yes. They have a great house and sororitys will want to hang there. The naysayers are other frats worried about them coming on strong.

It is much easier to run a successful fraternity when you have a house. It is easier to recruit. It is easier to entertain. It is easier to organize overall. Given that they have a very nice house, I can't see how it would not help make them a stronger organization.
