Sammy will be unhoused until IU frees up land to build. No one will rent to them after they have destroyed not one, but two, houses. No frat in their right mind will rent to them when TPA only has one year left at DTD and when ASA, Pike, Skulls don't have housing.

With phi psi and alpha sig coming on campus next year five total umhoused frats pairing for little 5, idk if that's even necessarily true. Sammy will not be housed for a long time, phi psi, alpha sig, and eventually pike and skulls will all be better eventually
