is phi tau a growing house

Houses are going to be kicked off its just the culture of Greek Life. Everyone panics about it and acts like its the end of the world. Truth of the matter is students are only in college for 4 years. So that means in just 4 years no one is going to remember that Beta Sig's house was someone else's. Hell most people reading this don't even know that Alpha Sig used to be housed where the Christian House is now on the extension.

It will be the same with the next kicked off in a few years no one will remember and if they do they won't care. Just look at whats going on now with Beta, Chi O, Lambda, and I'm sure there is another I've not mentioned that is close to losing their letters. With that said it doesn't mean that Phi Tau will get one there are about 5 unhoused houses right now that just held rush events. Sammy, PiLam, Phi Tau, TEP & AKL. There may be a few more but those are the only ones I have personally heard of.

So it would not be bad for Greek Life is any of these became housed. That keeps active houses on Jordan instead of vacant homes that the University tries to take over. Un-Housed becoming housed just means that Greek Life is continuing the cycle of cleaning up and in control of Jordan. Greek Life did not shut down when Delta Chi moved in on Third Street or when Beta Sig got a house. Its not shutting down next year either when Phi Psi, or Alpha Sig is getting a house. It just changes the landscape.

I would suggest bringing back greek week so that you all can start working together because its so easy to divide the houses and eventually bring them all down if you don't have the unhoused to take over they will go back to the University. They will not let a vacant house sit on Campus.
